There are five phases to the Journey to Empowerment.

🌈 Phase 2 focuses on cultivating Self-Love. Establish boundaries, understand your human rights, reassess your trust circle, and communicate your needs effectively.
💸 Phase 3 is about gaining self-trust & safe space to Creation. Prioritize yourself without guilt, ensure your ‘yes’ doesn’t mean ‘no’ to your well-being, and learn to sit with and understand your emotions.
🎉 Phase 4 implements belief upgrades for your Dreams. Transform your beliefs from within and ensure genuine transformation without bypassing your true feelings.
