How long do I have access to the course?
You can keep your access for as long as the course exists online!
Therefore, you don’t need to rush through the content; you can always revisit any lessons you need to touch up on later.
Also, once you have access, you’ll keep your access even if we add new and additional resources along the way.
Program updates in your course materials are available at no extra charge.
What format is this course in?
For 10 weeks, you will schedule a 55-minute one-on-one session with Cassandra once a week virtually on zoom or by phone call. This is where the deep reprogramming work takes place.
The self-work aspect of this course is broken up into easy-to-consume videos and comes with the necessary PDFs, MP3s, tools, and resources once a week for eight weeks.
Videos are unlocked weekly and remain unlocked as you go.
You also have text messages and email support for Cassandra during those moments of distress so you do not feel alone.
What Is EFT?
Clinical EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is an evidence-based Practical Healing Modality and treatment option that combines Neuroscience and Intuitive Practice.
EFT is a method for safely releasing unwanted negative or painful emotions, thoughts, and feelings such as sadness, fear, anxiety, anger, guilt, shame, hurt, grief, bitterness, etc. It reduces the emotional intensity associated with fears, anxiety, and phobias and is used to neutralize traumatic memories.
EFT Tapping may help you break free from emotional blockages. EFT combines the principles of acupuncture with modern psychology, and the published research trials, including meta analyses indicates EFT to be effective for (a) psychological conditions such as anxiety, depression, phobias, and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD); (b) physiological issues such as pain, insomnia, and autoimmune conditions; (c) professional and sports performance; and (d) biological markers of stress. Meta-analyses evaluating the effect of EFT treatment have found it to be “moderate” to “large.” Successful independent replication studies have been carried out for anxiety, depression, PTSD, phobias, sports performance, and cortisol levels.
What kind of support can I expect from EFT?
EFT may help reduce stress and anxiety by lowering your cortisol levels and the body’s natural stress response. You will learn self-soothing techniques to regulate your body’s natural human reactions (including emotional bursts).
Your immune system will receive a boost, your health will improve, and your emotions and nervous system will become more balanced. In addition, you will experience a reduction of the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger past emotional distress in the present.

What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting (BSP) is a relatively new type of therapy designed to help people access, process, and overcome trauma, negative emotions, and pain, including psychologically induced physical pain.
Brainspotting locates points in the client’s visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain. It is a mind-body therapy that focuses on identifying, processing, and releasing emotional stress, trauma, and imbalances.
It combines body-based approaches, the power of the therapeutic relationship, and brain-based processing. The basic premise is as follows: ‘Where you look affects how you feel.’ The process finds the eye positions correlating with the unconscious, emotional experiences. It reaches parts of the brain that are generally inaccessible through traditional talk therapy approaches and most other types of therapy.
Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing, and releasing core neuro-physiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation, and a variety of challenging symptoms.
Does this work?
Many clients report powerful shifts through this work when they show up consistently and remain open to the process. While this isn’t a magic fix or substitute for therapy, these tools are designed to support in emotional regulation, shifting limiting beliefs, and help you feel more connected and grounded.
Brainspotting and EFT are evidence-informed modalities backed by research. For example, studies show that tapping (EFT) may help reduce cortisol levels and calm the amygdala, the brain’s fight-or-flight center.
This approach is especially supportive for highly sensitive and empathic women who are ready to explore and shift patterns from past experiences. Every person’s journey is unique, and this process meets you where you are—offering space for healing, insight, and transformation.
Can I be in pajamas during sessions?
100% YES! Come dressed in your coziest attire.
The more safe and comfortable you feel, the deeper our work can go together.
Is there a cancellation policy?
The initial two assignments will be sent out once the program begins and we have confirmed your onboarding call date and time.
Please note that cancellation is only available up until this point.
What happens if I miss an appointment or have to reschedule?
We can reschedule your appointment as long as you communicate via text or email and provide a 24-hour notice.
In an emergency, we can assess the situation separately and ensure you receive the support you need. However, if you miss an appointment without prior communication, you will forfeit that session entirely or may choose to pay for it separately outside the program.
Do I receive support outside of our weekly calls, and what does that look like?
Absolutely! I’m so glad you brought this up. Life can throw unexpected challenges our way, and sometimes, you may need support outside of our scheduled sessions. That’s one of the reasons I love being a somatic coach and practitioner – I’m here to be available for you during those moments of distress.
You will have access to me via text and email for support when needed. I strive to respond within a reasonable timeframe, ensuring you feel supported. This flexibility also allows us to move a session up sooner if required. Everything within the program and process is customizable to meet your unique needs.
Do I ‘HAVE’ to be on video on Zoom for sessions?
NO! I understand some people do not want to be on camera, and there is so much we can do without video.
It is not necessary at all; we can totally do the old-school phone call session if that feels safer for your system. This is a customizable process.
Can you work with blind clients?
What do I call you Cassandra or C-Love or…?
Can I eat during sessions or drink?
Yes, if you need to nibble due to time constraints, bring your food. Let’s make it a healing, working lunch. And yes, you can drink so long as it’s not alcohol. We want you sober for sessions. 😉
My life is crazy. I don’t have privacy, and my kids and spouse are always around. How would I be able to do sessions and feel safe?
I’m so glad you brought this up! It’s a common challenge for moms and women in relationships to find privacy and carve out time for themselves. I’ve worked with many clients who face this struggle, and it underscores the importance of prioritizing self-care to fill their cups and finally give to themselves.
Clients have successfully done sessions in their cars, walk-in closets, and even during lunch hours at work. They’ve learned to set boundaries, lock the door, and declare, “This is mommy’s time.” It’s all about creating that sacred space for themselves, and I’m here to support you in making that happen!
